Role Description The Recruiter role at Cattlemen Fencing is a full-time, on-site position based in Justin, TX. In this role, the Recruiter sources and screens candidates for field, operations, and office positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating hiring manager reviews, arranging pre-employment checks, and managing the offer and onboarding process. The Recruiter maintains accurate talent pipelines, updates applicant tracking or candidate records, and partners with leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. The role also involves supporting employer branding efforts, attending local hiring events when needed, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, deadlines, and detailed candidate documentation.
