What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Cattleman's Club Steakhouse?
As a Server at the Cattleman's Club Steakhouse, you will provide exceptional, polished service in a warm and welcoming environment. You will guide guests through the dining experience by offering menu knowledge, anticipating needs, and ensuring all service standards are consistently met. This role blends professionalism with approachability, balancing the refinement of fine dining with the relaxed atmosphere of a casual setting.
Attention to detail is extremely important to maintain consistency. A great attitude and the ability to converse with customers is also important. It is a fun and very-fast paced job!
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Ensure proper timing and sequence of service, coordinating with the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs by checking in regularly, refilling beverages, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns with care.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, seasonal menu items, and wine/beer lists.
- Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work every Saturday!
