Work Hours
Generally, 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours required.
Job Summary
Reports to Finance Director. Responsible for assisting the Finance Director with fiscal and/or clerical duties.

Qualifications
An Associates Degree in Business or Accounting or successful completion of one year of business training at an accredited institution AND Two years of relevant work experience
OR
High School Diploma AND Three years of relevant work experience
Job Description
· Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, computer input/processing and distribution of checks, under direction of Finance Director.
· Process accounts payable including verification of source documentation, computer input/processing and distribution of checks under direction of Finance Director.
· Assist Finance Director with processing of Purchase Orders.
· Process journal entries and cash receipts under direction of Finance Director.
· Assist Finance Director with miscellaneous financial duties as assigned.
· General office duties including, but not limited to, phone messages, typing, filing and the operation of office equipment.
