The Role: Strategic, Empathetic, & Dynamic
As our Client Experience Manager, you won't just be managing a desk; you will be the architect of the client journey. Your mission is to ensure every touchpoint—from the first phone call to the follow-up text—is empathetic, efficient, and professional.
Your Key Priorities:
- Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and train our client service teams (CSRs) to deliver world-class service and handle difficult situations with grace.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize our appointment scheduling to reduce wait times and maximize our doctors' impact.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary voice for our clients, resolving concerns and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with our Efficiency Coordinator and Lead Doctors to align client satisfaction with our practice goals.
- Community Engagement: Represent our practice at local events and manage our educational outreach.
Who You Are
- The Veterinary Pro: You have demonstrable experience in veterinary leadership. You know the "lingo" and understand the unique rhythm of a busy clinic.
- The People Person: You possess exceptional communication skills and can de-escalate stressful situations with ease.
- The Tech Enthusiast: You are proficient in Practice Management Software (EzyVet experience is a huge plus!).
- The Analyst: You enjoy looking at data (KPIs, surveys, reviews) to find opportunities for improvement.
