Cats Only Veterinary Clinic is the original, full-service feline veterinary practice located in Columbus, Ohio. For over thirty years, we’ve had one purpose: to revolutionize the finest in feline healthcare and we’re looking to expand our team. Cats Only is a certified Gold-level Cat-Friendly Practice® by the American Association of Feline Practitioners. We currently have six veterinarians on staff and many registered veterinary technicians, in addition to trained veterinary assistants and VRCE trained customer service representatives.

We are growing and searching for full-time, experienced, veterinary assistants to help us meet the demands of our flourishing practice. Duties include (and are not limited to):

• Working closely with the veterinary team on patient examinations, treatments, and procedures using Cat Friendly Practice recommendations.
• Educating our clients on home care instructions, medications, and general wellness recommendations
• Providing nursing care to hospitalized patients
• Performing in-house laboratory testing and preparing samples for outside laboratories
• Filling authorized medications and preparing vaccinations for administration
• Radiograph and ultrasonography assisting
• And much more!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
