Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in leading the team, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and conducting regular stock audits.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility.
Skills
