Responsibilities

- Oversee POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures with accuracy
- Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new employees
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing team assignments to ensure smooth workflow
- Support marketing activities and promotional displays to enhance store visibility
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Contribute to budgeting, sales management, and pricing strategies to meet store goals
