Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of customer service
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing training & development to enhance performance
- Handle payroll processing, inventory management, and store merchandising
- Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, pricing strategies, and sales management
- Merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage shift scheduling and oversee cashiering duties during operational hours
- Maintain effective communication with staff and customers
- Monitor store budget adherence
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising techniques
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment
- Skilled in employee training & development.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer engagement
