Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alma, AR, responsible for leading daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees all aspects of store performance, including staff scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure consistent service standards and sales results. The Store Manager monitors visual merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation to align with company guidelines and seasonal initiatives. In addition, this role manages cash handling, retail loss prevention procedures, and compliance with company policies to safeguard assets and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. The Store Manager also analyzes sales reports, sets daily priorities, and partners with district leadership to achieve and exceed store goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Proven Store Management experience, including day-to-day operations, team supervision, and performance coaching.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to clearly guide team members and build positive customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic safety procedures to protect people, inventory, and company assets.
- Previous experience in retail apparel or specialty retail strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
