Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering, purchasing, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and store layout.
• Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately.
• Conduct hiring interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and evaluate team performance to support continuous improvement.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance through stocking, organizing merchandise, pricing accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage shift operations efficiently by coordinating tasks such as customer service excellence, inventory checks, and store cleanliness.
• Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with team members, suppliers, and customers effectively.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting promotions or new products to boost sales.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
