Role Description
This is a full-time District Manager role located in Kentucky. The District Manager will oversee multiple stores within the assigned region, ensuring operations run smoothly to meet sales goals and performance standards. Responsibilities include team leadership, employee development, store profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The District Manager will work closely with store managers to implement company strategies, address challenges, and foster a positive work culture that aligns with corporate values.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Operational expertise in multi-store management, budgeting, and inventory control

- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and implement improvements as needed
