Role Description
This is a full-time Store Manager role located on-site in Farmington, Mo. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including team management, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Daily tasks include leading a team to deliver superior customer service, ensuring proper merchandising and store presentation, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also ensure employees meet performance standards, help develop team members, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Store Management abilities, including leadership and organizational skills
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and manage team relations
- Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention procedures and strategies
- Prior experience in retail management is preferred
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or business management is a plus
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
