Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Des Moines, IA area responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations within the district. This role plans and directs daily store operations, including sales performance, budgeting, merchandising, and inventory management to achieve revenue and profitability goals. The District Manager coaches, mentors, and develops store management teams, ensuring effective staffing, training, and performance management aligned with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, visiting stores, ensuring visual merchandising and customer service excellence, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures. The role also collaborates with corporate partners to implement promotional strategies, execute new initiatives, and support an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.
