Cato is seeking an experienced Trainer or Teacher to join its Merchandise Information Office.
This exciting position would learn and train Allocation, Purchase Order, Reporting, and Product Development Processes
After learning the systems, your responsibilities would include:
Training
- Training and Development of users in system functions and business processes
- Development of training materials, following corporate guidelines
- Develop, maintain and ensure compliance to the company’s training programs
- Research and/or answer Tier 1 and 2 level questions and issues
- Validation of system enhancements
- Communication with the business group regarding new system functionality
- Maintain system security
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Qualification:
- At least 2 years of training or teaching and documentation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Math, or Business preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
