Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable processes efficiently.
  • Conduct general bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record keeping.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounts payable and general bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
