PC Analyst (Full-Time Days) - Information Technology
Who You Are:
Catholic Medical Center is seeking a dedicated IT professional with a passion for configuring and managing desktop infrastructure. You are skilled at maintaining secure and stable desktop environments and thrive on developing and implementing standards for end-user devices. You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
What You'll Do:
- Configure and install IT equipment including PCs, terminals, printers, and print servers, and assist with network-related installations as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as perform repairs and replacements on related hardware components
- Maintain accurate inventory records for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Protect enterprise desktops from viruses, spyware, and malware.
- Evaluate existing systems and new technologies for potential updates and improvements.
- Respond to off-hours emergencies and support other network and communications analysts as needed.
- Occasionally perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders for AV equipment service.
- Assist in developing capital and operational budgets and review invoices for accuracy.
- Adhere to the Catholic Medical Center Code of Conduct and report any potential fraud or abuse.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with software distribution and PC patch management using centralized management systems.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
