The Community Home Health Aide, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, is responsible for providing personal care that assists the patient/caregiver in the achievement of optimal physical and emotional comfort within the patient's home setting.

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide required
- Must possess a valid NY State Home Health Aide Certification
- Must have a current, valid New York State driver's license and a car in working order
The ideal candidate will have a prior Home Health Aide experience and will demonstrate basic understanding and commitment to the hospice concept of care for the terminally ill.
Salary Range
USD $18.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
