This role demands a leader who can set the tempo for the entire programbuilding and sustaining a championship culture, developing student-athletes, and aligning every level of Crusader basketball around a shared vision for success.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bring previous basketball coaching experience, preferably at the high school or collegiate level, along with a proven ability to lead, build, and elevate a program. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education and possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. A passion for teaching the game, developing high-character student-athletes, and mentoring Program Leadership -Provide vision, leadership, and direction for the entire girls hoops program. -Establish a clear philosophy and culture that emphasizes discipline, accountability, and teamwork.-Ensure alignment and develop all levels there must be a youth development plan.
