General Position Summary:
The Site Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a Family Resource Advocacy Network (FRAN) Center that serves as a community gathering place, collaborative hub for social service partners, and a space that ensures accessible support for navigating social services and self-sufficiency programs. This role ensures the facility is safe, welcoming, and fully functional for families, staff, and tenant organizations. The Site Coordinator manages building operations, coordinates shared‑space usage, supports partner agencies, and fosters a positive, service‑oriented environment that strengthens community collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate’s degree and at least 1 year facility coordination, operations, property management or related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and 3 years relevant experience and
- Reliable transportation, valid Oregon driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days of hire) with a driving record that permits coverage under the agency’s corporate auto liability policy and personal automobile liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in a non-profit, social services, community center or multi-tenant environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and track record for follow through.
- Experience working with vendors and community partners.
Supervisory Responsibility
May oversee volunteers.

Essential Position Functions and Key Work Processes:
Facility Operations & Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Center
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify operational needs and safety concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for janitorial services, repairs, security, landscaping, and technology support.
- Manage building access systems, including key cards, fobs, visitor check‑ins, and security protocols.
- Maintain inventory of shared supplies, equipment, and materials used by tenants and families.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, emergency procedures, and organizational policies.
Tenant & Partner Agency Support
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for tenant organizations, community partners, and service providers.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new tenants, including building procedures, access, and shared‑space guidelines.
- Facilitate communication among partner agencies to promote collaboration, problem‑solving, and efficient co‑location operations.
- Assist tenants with facility‑related needs, room reservations, technology support, and event logistics.
Shared‑Space & Event Coordination
- Manage scheduling and reservations for meeting rooms, classrooms, community spaces, and shared resources.
- Support setup and breakdown for events, workshops, trainings, and community activities hosted by partner agencies.
- Ensure shared spaces are prepared, stocked, and reset for daily use.
- Track facility usage metrics and maintain accurate calendars and documentation.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to facility issues, incidents, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with data collection for operational reporting, partner utilization, and program evaluation.
- Support front‑desk or reception functions as needed, including greeting visitors and directing families to services.
