Job Description:
NorthWest Senior and Disability Services (NWSDS) is a local intergovernmental agency dedicated to supporting older adults and people with disabilities through programs that promote dignity, choice, and independence.
NWSDS is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Nutrition Site Coordinator (Float) to support the nutrition program. This position is based out of the Stayton meal site and functions as a float, providing coverage at other meal sites as needed to ensure continuity of services. Days, hours, and work locations may vary based on program needs.

General Description
This position plays a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of older adults by coordinating congregate meal services, supporting home-delivered meal programs, and fostering meaningful participant and volunteer engagement.
Essential Duties
- Coordinate daily operations of congregate meal sites and support home-delivered meal services

- Ensure food is handled, prepared, and served in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain accurate meal counts, participant records, and required program documentation.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers; ensure compliance with program and safety requirements.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for participants and promote social engagement.
- Conduct outreach and collaborate with community partners to support program goals.
- Deliver meals as needed and assist with participant assessments and communication.
- Support program integrity by following all policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandatory reporting obligations.
