What You Will Do
At Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We’re seeking a Residential Supervisor for Mother Teresa and St. Luke's Group Homes in Cold Spring (just 20-25 miles from St. Cloud). The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:
- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.
- Deliver hands-on care to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
- Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.
- Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
The qualified candidate must meet the following criteria:

Job-Related Experience: |
Three years related experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are working in group residential settings. One year of supervisory experience required. |
In addition, the qualified candidate must meet one of these four criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
- An associate’s degree in a field related to human services, education or health and two years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
- A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from a post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, or
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1, 2, or 3 above,
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
You must possess a valid driver’s license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
