As the Street Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Conduct outreach to locate individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the community
- Build and maintain relationships with shelters, landlords and community partners
- Participate in community meetings as requested
- Assist with monitoring the Day Resource Room one time per week, as necessary
- Assist the Case Managers as requested by Supervisors
Street Outreach Coordinator Minimum Salary: $22.00
Street Outreach Coordinator Maximum Salary: $22.00
Street Outreach Coordinator Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (35 hours per week)
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Human Services/Law Enforcement
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
