As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Serves as first point of contact for individuals contacting the agency in person or phone;
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director and other staff as assigned;
- Provides computer support for projects and as a resource to staff;
- Assists with event planning, including, but not limited to, providing support to the agency’s signature event Festival of Trees;
- Leads agency social media and electronic newsletter initiatives;
- Interface with Fiscal Manager to assure timely recording of all incoming receivables;
- Maintains assigned files and records (paper or electronic) in good order;
- Strictly upholds the confidentiality of records or other matters regarding staff, clients, and Boards, both inside and outside of the agency;
Administrative Assistant Minimum Salary: $ 19/hour
Administrative Assistant Maximum Salary: $ 21/hour
Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-4 (35 hours/week)
- NO on-call shifts required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
