The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is looking for a Rural Counties Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management to veterans and families enrolled in the Supportive Services for Veterans Families program who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness. Serving nine rural counties, the role uses a wrap‑around approach to assess needs, create individualized service plans, coordinate housing and financial stability resources, and document services. This position is based out of the Festus or St. Charles, MO office and requires regular travel to meet clients throughout the service area. Core working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
