The Position:
Catholic Charities of St. Louis is hiring a Director of Quality for Children and Family Services to provide leadership and oversight for all service line Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) activities. This role ensures strong quality systems, regulatory and accreditation compliance, effective data infrastructure, and a culture of continuous improvement across all programs/services and departments. This centralized role collaborates with program leadership, senior leaders, and Ministry Office to strengthen outcomes, standardize processes, and promote high-quality, safe, and mission-driven services. This position will office from the Marygrove and Good Shepherd ministry locations. The base salary for this position begins at $75,000 annually. Candidates may qualify for a higher starting rate based on relevant education, professional background, and demonstrated expertise.
