Catholic Charities Maine is currently seeking a Part-Time Facilities and Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, hold a diverse skill set in maintenance and repairs, and a commitment to quality landscaping and snow removal. This position will work 20-28 hours per week. Weekend and overnight storm coverage required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal/plowing.
- Demonstrable experience and proficiency in using maintenance equipment and tools.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift, as required by the demands of the job (e.g., handling materials, moving equipment, manual labor).
- Must possess and maintain a clean and valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
