Temporary Recruiter
(6-Month Assignment)
Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful work? Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud is seeking a dedicated Recruiter (full-time temporary) to support our mission of serving individuals and families in need with compassion, dignity, and respect. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting and hiring talented individuals who share our commitment to strengthening communities and promoting social justice.
This position will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across Catholic Charities focusing on areas of mental health, housing and food access. This position will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. By helping us build a team of compassionate professionals, you will directly contribute to our mission of providing hope to those we serve across central Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred in related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (non-profit experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
