Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate mechanical components based on provided schematics and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or components.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and assembly line processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to read schematics effectively.
- Experience with soldering techniques is a plus but not required.
