ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greets clients, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming manner.
- Provide assistance to clients or community members who are seeking information or to schedule an appointment.
- Maintain staff schedules and work with clients to schedule appointments.
- Gather intake information for new clients.
- Works with psychiatrist and office manager to complete pre-authorization on medication, and schedules clients.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail.
- Receive/record fee payments from clients.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate preferred, GED required.
- Experience preferred (2 years in an office setting).
- Skills to adequately relate to people in stressful situations.
- Good computer & typing/keyboarding skills (Word, Excel).
- Bilingual preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
