The Education Office Manager serves as the central hub of operations and communication — ensuring accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and trusted collaboration across students, educators, and agency teams.
Wage is $17.50-$19.00/hour (equal to experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central communication hub for the school, ensuring timely, accurate information flow between educators, residential cottages, families, and agency staff.
- Maintain organized digital records including daily attendance and program spreadsheets, weekly behavior reports, and school receipt tracking, ensuring compliance with agency procedures and deadlines.
- Support trauma-informed educational operations by coordinating staff schedules, anticipating needs, and promoting a calm, welcoming environment for students and adults.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and protect sensitive student information, including HIPAA-regulated Personal Health Information, with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate actively in team meetings and cross-department collaboration to strengthen school systems, enhance student experiences, and maintain safety across campus.
- Model respectful, honest, and culturally responsive communication that reflects Cathedral Home’s mission, values, and trauma-informed philosophy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years of age with a clear criminal background and child abuse registry check.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support efficient communication and record management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with students, families, educators, and partner teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate within a trauma-informed environment.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school setting.
