Daycare Teacher's Aide

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher Aide to join our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves fostering positive relationships with children, and ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for learning and development.

Duties

• Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early learning and development.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a structured and positive environment.
• Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Engage children in educational activities that enhance their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.

Experience

• Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Experience in toddler care, infant care, or daycare settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to educate children effectively while fostering a love for learning.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A nurturing attitude with the ability to adapt to the needs of each child.
