Business Intelligence Lead

Lead BI Analyst, Revenue Operations

We are seeking a Lead BI Analyst, Revenue Operations to drive analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This individual will serve as the Tableau subject matter expert, helping leadership teams make data-driven decisions through advanced dashboards, KPI reporting, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Own Tableau development, administration, and reporting capabilities for Revenue Teams
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data visualizations
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define reporting requirements and data needs
• Perform data analysis and present actionable insights to leadership teams
• Serve as the Tableau Product Owner and thought leader for Revenue Operations
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Drive data quality, reporting consistency, and KPI standardization across the organization
• Mentor and support junior analysts and business users

Strategy, Process and Tools

• Own and develop Tableau for Revenue Operations
• Build Dashboards around CRM, sales, and financial data
• Support Revenue Operations in ad-hoc analytics and overall business strategy
• Influence and evangelize analytical methodologies to support business partners’ needs
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize processes through analytics and tools
• Develop and refine best practices to enhance the influence of analytics and insights across commercial teams

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting
• Advanced Tableau development and administration expertise
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
• Strong business acumen with exposure to Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouse environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to Python, R, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools preferred
