Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the transportation and/or hospitality space. Come have fun in closing private jet, charter bus, and hotel deals!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and affiliates
- Contact warm leads everyday via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Present and promote Catch Transportation’s services to prospective clients
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce and Limo Anywhere
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless trips
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience (transportation/hospitality experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience using Salesforce preferred, but not required
