Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential business opportunities within the specified medical specialties in the Greater Detroit areas.
2. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
3. Industry Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the infusion therapy landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position Vital Care's services.
4. Sales Presentations: Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients, tailoring offerings based on the unique needs of each clinic.
5. Feedback Loop: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring that the services provided align with the needs of our client base.
6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
7. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to senior management.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics to understand the evolving needs of the target market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically selling into Neurology, GI, Immunology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
