Overview:
We are seeking an experienced barback to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and inventory of beverages, glassware, and utensils.
- Provide recommendations on food and drink options to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment, including banquet services when applicable.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and trends in the food and beverage industry.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the company's dress code and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude during peak periods.
- Physical stamina to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
