Program Analyst III

Program Analyst III providing executive-level administrative and operational support to the DOE Director of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, travel support, stakeholder engagement activities, action item tracking, and general program support in a fast-paced DOE headquarters environment. Position requires strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills and is performed onsite at the Forrestal Building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10–25 years of relevant professional experience supporting federal programs, DOE programs preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/travel coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• DOE experience and ability to obtain or maintain a DOE clearance preferred.
