Job Summary Statement

The Program Analyst II shall provide regular and/or daily support to EM-2.31 and EM-2.32. Services shall include communications support, key document rollout, analysis and development/production of newsletters, input to web pages, technical writing/editing, and analysis and development/production of written products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide regular and daily program support to assigned offices, ensuring timely execution of communications and outreach activities.
• Develop, analyze, edit, and produce newsletters, written communications, and other program materials.
• Draft, edit, and maintain technical documents, reports, correspondence, and other written products.
• Develop and update website content and other digital communications to support organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and support the rollout and distribution of key program documents and communications.
• Research, analyze, and prepare communication products that support program initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Write, edit, and develop scripts for video and podcast productions.
• Record, edit, and produce professional-quality videos and podcasts using video cameras, lighting, and editing software.
• Manage the distribution and transmission of multimedia products to designated recipients and platforms.
• Maintain and manage video content on YouTube and other approved digital channels.
• Ensure all written and multimedia products meet organizational standards for quality, accuracy, branding, and style.
