Job Summary
Multi-Specialty Ophthalmology practice looking for a Medical Coder and Biller to join our team. This position is full-time with excellent benefits. Monday-Friday work week. Our office is closed on Friday afternoons. Minimum of 2 years experience in billing and coding is required. Candidates with Ophthalmology background is a plus.
The following skills and experience are desirable for this position:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Manage phone calls from patients and staff relating to patient accounts
- Working knowledge of Medicare guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Friendly and Professional
- Ability to multi-task with a smile
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
