Operating out of a highly professional corporate environment, the company serves complex, high-stakes enterprise client portfolios, including major players in the national defense and aerospace sectors. Job Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Recruiter to anchor, scale, and pioneer our National Accounts division. As a foundational member of this team—initially dedicated to managing and expanding our high-priority enterprise account portfolio, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from advanced talent sourcing to strategic placement. This is not just a standard recruiting seat; it is a strategic partnership position where your grit and execution will directly shape the blueprint of our enterprise delivery framework. In this role, you will analyze candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client job requirements while maintaining a macro-view of the entire staffing ecosystem.
Your day-to-day will involve operating like a business owner to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. Rather than looking at job orders in a vacuum, you will intuitively spot cross-recruitable opportunities across our client base, identifying overlapping skill sets and transferable talent to maximize placement velocity. You will build immediate, deep trust with top-tier professionals, transitioning conversations from transactional to relational within minutes.
In this role, you will report directly to the Practice Director and collaborate closely with internal sales and staffing teams to handle high volumes of vacancies without letting quality slip. You will actively share elite talent across our national accounts, ensuring a seamless experience that satisfies external client stakeholders and candidates alike. This position is based out of our Plano, Texas office, offering an initially on-site schedule with a built-in path to hybrid flexibility as you meet your performance metrics.
