Job Description

Under minimal supervision, participates in the technical development of a new Angular-centric back office UI for both internal and external (white label) consumers. Participates in all phases of the development cycle: concept, initiation, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA, and implementation. Ability to develop in both Angular UI and API (for service layer) is a key focus of this role at a senior level.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Understanding product vision and architectural design provided by architects
• Completing product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution
• Developing and testing Microsoft Windows-based software systems
• Performing system analysis and programming activities which may require extensive research and analysis
• Providing technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery through retirement
• Ensuring timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production at both an individual and team level
• Developing and testing applications based on business requirements and industry best practices
• Creating required technical documentation, use cases, white papers, and technical process and procedure documents
• Adhering to documented departmental and corporate standards and participating in the definition and documentation of standards
• Collaborating with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Performing release validation testing and beta support for projects
• Conducting unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise-level UI/UX development
• Angular 12 (currently on Angular 18) — strong, senior-level proficiency required
• Payments experience including ISO 8583
• Development of REST APIs utilizing .NET
• UI development using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular, and NodeJS
• Solid experience integrating with REST APIs
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• C#.NET (or VB.NET), SQL Server 2012 & above, .NET Framework 4.0 & above
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), VSTS, and Azure
• Solid understanding of Banking/EFT/Financial Institution domain and related technologies
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, PCI compliance, and requirements
• Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment

Pay & Benefits Summary
