Senior Construction Manager – Data Center Construction
- Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
- Duration: Perm/ Direct hire
- Travel: Travel required as needed, including travel to CO 3 days a week
- Work Model: On-site

Required Skills
- 7 years of construction management experience with a focus on data center or mission-critical construction.
- Strong expertise in managing complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and enforce field accountability.
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as project demands require.
- Experience with ground-up hyperscale or enterprise data center projects.
- Familiarity with operationally demanding mission-critical environments with tight schedules.
- Background in coordinating with owners, general contractors, and specialty subcontractors.
- Ability to stabilize and lead projects during critical phases of construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience successfully managing large-scale data center builds is highly advantageous.
- Ability to conduct site walks, progress meetings, and coordination sessions effectively.
- Strong commitment to compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
