Catapult Employers Association is looking for a talented Customer Solutions Specialist to help us deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and support roles and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and support roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Willingness to drive to the company warehouse when needed.
