As Creative Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of the NC Chamber’s visual brand. From digital and print design to event branding and website aesthetics, you’ll shape how the Chamber shows up in North Carolina and beyond.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure every piece of content—whether it’s a social graphic, sponsorship brochure, or event logo—reflects a strong, consistent, and professional identity. You’ll also manage vendors, support large-scale campaigns, and bring events to life with compelling visuals.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the NC Chamber’s visual brand across platforms
- Design creative for digital, print, events, and campaigns
- Refresh and align collateral for a cohesive look and feel
- Enhance website design, functionality, and content packaging
- Partner with vendors on design, video, printing, and branded materials
- Lead event branding—from logos to signage to recap collateral
- Proof and quality-check public-facing content
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required); Canva & WordPress a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AP Style
- Bonus: photography, videography, or web development experience

Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Sitting for prolonged periods and working at a computer for 3–6 hours daily
- Standing/walking up to 3 hours per day
- Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Lifting up to 25 lbs (rarely more)
