As a growing client services leader in the Durham area, we are seeking solution-oriented individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, stellar sales support, and long-term client satisfaction.
As a Client Account Manager with Creative Collaborations, you will be responsible for providing a positive and insightful experience for all clients. This includes offering hands-on customer service, consultative sales support, and consistent communication before, during, and after point of sales. You will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing interactions and records every step of the way to ensure seamless customer experiences that create lasting brand impressions. Client Account Managers will utilize their strong problem-solving, sales, and communication abilities to expand our client service and marketing efforts.
Client Account Manager Requirements:
- Ability to assess customer needs through active listening and face-to-face client engagement
- Build and maintain client relationships by utilizing a direct and needs-based sales approach
- Review new and existing service plans, demonstrating expert knowledge of products and services in order to offer tailored service solutions
- Accurately record all client interactions, keeping a detailed report of client inquiries, questions, complaints, and feedback
- Assist clients throughout their installation process and beyond the point of sales to ensure long term customer satisfaction and retention

Entry Level Qualifications:
