Catani Cabinets, LLC is looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team. We are a growing, veteran-owned business that is looking for the right person to join our team.
Job Description
The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop and will be responsible for supervising the shop employees and maintaining a safe working environment. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
-Meeting expected goals for project completion
-Work shift could be a hybrid/day shift, but ideally the hours would be 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new things (including how our systems work)
