Position Overview
This role primarily focuses on coordination and administration of talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and culture program administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, have broad HR interests, have a strong attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and ensure an engaging experience for Catamount’s employee-owners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes, including scheduling interviews, and editing/posting job descriptions
- Assist with vetting employee referrals, administering pre-employment assessments, new hire paperwork, and drug and background screenings
- Assist with logistical planning and onsite support of recruiting events including career fairs, and People Team programs
- Collaborate with the People Team and other department leads to coordinate onboarding including new hire kits and swag, training resources, and other related documents
- Support the People Team in updating training calendars, content, materials, and participating in and facilitating training sessions
- Upload and update training content to Learning Management Systems as needed
- Conduct onboarding and exit surveys and interviews, analyze feedback, and provide insights to improve employee experience
- Coordinate the procurement, tracking, and distribution of company swag or gifts for employee perks or specific occasions
- Conduct regular assessments of the recruiting and onboarding processes, gathering feedback to continuously improve the experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in HR, coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong detail-orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment practices and processes preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and talent acquisition technologies is a plus

- In addition to offering competitive base pay ($28-34/hr), Catamount employees are eligible for additional incentives for merit/performance, profit sharing, new hire referrals, and business development commissions.
