As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain and operational improvement initiatives within the company. Responsibilities:

- Assist in analyzing historical shipping data to support 3PL Performance Evaluation.
- Monitor stock levels and help develop strategies to optimize inventory.
- Analyze 3PL performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Logistic & Supply Chain.
- Invoice validation & reconciliation from 3PL collaborate with the Finance Team.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Operations Improvement
- Collaborate with cross function teams to streamline processes and Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize operational tasks.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.
- Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow.
Requirements:
- Final year student with no class to attend / Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply, majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- No prior experience necessary—just an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges.
