Catalyst Intro is a next generation Securities Exchange Platform providing everyday consumers with pre-ipo, private startup investment opportunities--Connecting founders with the capital they deserve and consumers with the missions they want to support.
We’re currently in the middle of a pre-seed raise and entering a critical growth phase.
Just this month we announced joining LvlUp Venture's Marketing Edge Portfolio (one of the most active VCs in the entire United States).
We’re looking for a Founding Chief Community Officer (CCO) to take full ownership of building and scaling our community.
Role Overview
As CCO, you will be responsible for designing, building, and growing the Catalyst community from the ground up. This is a founding team role with significant ownership and direct impact on the company’s trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute high-quality events and experiences (in-person and virtual)
• Source, attract, and onboard founders, operators, and investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the ecosystem
• Develop strategies to grow and engage the Catalyst community
• Act as the bridge between members, partners, and the company
Ideal Candidate
• Deeply connected within startup, tech, or finance ecosystems
• Experience building or managing communities, events, or networks
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High taste level — understands what makes communities valuable and engaging
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
