Catalyst Search Group is partnering with a confidential Tulsa-based client to identify an exceptional candidate for a Sr. Circuit Test Engineer role.
Job Summary:
- Manages all aspects of complex projects
- Conducts design reviews
- Mentors junior engineers
- Provides and defines design guidelines, test equipment
- Defines best practices
- Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area
- Perform other assignments as requiredRequired
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with ICT/Flying Probe/Boundary Scan: programming, fixturing, troubleshooting, test parameter design
- Able to present solutions to complex problems
- Proficient with multiple simulation/design packages and specifying design tools
- Strong test engineering fundamentals: engineering concepts, basic physics/chemistry, manufacturing test processes
- Troubleshooting, problem
- Solving, and analytical skills; able to plan and prioritize
- Technical writing and documentation with attention to detail; able to read/interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in ISO environments a plus; understanding of DOE, Six Sigma, Lean desired- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
- BSEE, BSEET or MSEE Required
- 6 years of experience
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
