Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Utilize Entrata Software to complete work orders.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and city inspections.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement through effective communication and leadership.
- Electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- HVAC/Heating repairs
- Schedule make readies to be completed before inspections are due
- Ensure grounds are kept clean and groomed
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and hold a Universal EPA License
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for team coordination and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise diverse teams while promoting safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
